When we were learning about the Kuaka birds we did a dot to dot connections about the birds and one of the facts is that the appearance of the bird is that they are grey – blue and don’t eat when going somewhere .

We did the Samuel Marden DLO it was about what Samuel Marden saw in the 182\0s we were to create with the picture which was taken in present and make look like it was taken in the past.
- We used Adobe Express to learn how add detail on to our work We included trees and bushes and wakas and homes and a Muddy path way becauswe needed to make it look like the 1820s We learn how to use Adobe Express to help us with work.

This is what my team and I were doing for expectation something we expect from someone else is having ideas using manners or trying our best at learning .
Flags
LI: To understand the story behind our flag.
Our challenge today was to create a collaborative presentation that reflects the story behind our NZ flag. We did this by looking at how our flag has changed over time. Something I found interesting was that the flag was originally made from a missionary named Henry William, He styled the flag of the church missionary society such as the British White Ensign, Which also is a St george’s Cross with a flag in the corner.
Kokako Bird
LI: to use our researching skills.
For this term our class went to camp. we learnt about Kokako birds and made a DLO about Kokako birds .This is the DLO I made about Kokako birds and some in interesting facts about the birds. And interesting fact is that little birds like songbirds live a few years but Kokako birds can live up to 20 years or more. As a diet for Kokako birds eat fruits of the rimu ranches and injoys supplejack vines or orchard tubers of the ground .
I learnt its is important to use my own words because it’s something I created with my creativitiy and it is not everyday I do something like this.
Samuel Marden
This is a DLO about Samuel Marden and the story about how he starting working at he’s father’s farm to being a english- born -priest of the Chruch of England.
My Pepeha
I am learning to do my Pepeha by the English version and the Maori version . I grew up in Fiji but came to New Zealand and I am proud to be in a diffevent country.
